General Manager( Animal Health Company)

- Oversees all aspects of operations within Animal Health Company in Thailand organization
- Interacting with internal executives and cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans
- Be a key player in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of a business.
- Developing annual and long range business plan
- Developing operating and capital budgets, analyzing financial statements and total profitability of the business unit.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. A Thai, age 35-50 years. University degree in related field. Good command of English. Computer literate.
2. Candidates should have minimum of 5 years business management experience with understanding of Animal health business or the related industry.
3. High market intelligence and high analytical skill.
4. Self-motivated with initiatives and well tolerated to work under pressure
5. Superior leadership skill, work well with a team and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
6. Superior decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities.
