| PRODUCTION MANAGER |
- versee and responsible for the production process
- Require engagement, involvement and commitment and work closely with internal across
functional team to achieve organizational goals and business plans
- Provide direction, targets and assist subordinate to meet goal with positive morale, attitude and
good team work
- Provide support in new project start up and manage business processes
- Share and undertake implementation of best practices, benchmarking and business processes
- Utilize production tools to perform a variety of production statistical analysis |

1. Age over 30 years
2. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Engineering or Science
3. At least 7 years experience in Production function in manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic industry (Injection / Blow Molding)
4. Strong leadership skills and good team player
5. Good command of spoken and written English |
