Responsibilities

To support Recruiting & Activity section head to ensure full utilization of Financial Advisor and Agent club activities for Bangkok and Upcountry in order to support the achievement of financing agent targets.

Making the Financial Advisor and Agent club activities a vibrant and exciting environment for financing agents to increase their activity ratio on the targets

Strategically organize action plan to support Financial Advisor and Agent club activities for purpose of increasing active ratio from financing agents to support enhancing financing agents productivity on the targets.

Work with Agency leaders (Unit, District and Area Manager) / Assistant Vice President and Agency Development Executive in order to help boost production of financing agent level to maintain/gain market share.

Support to maintain high retention of financing agent number to achieve on the targets.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor / Master Degree in General Management, Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing or related field
2. At least 1-2 years related experience
3. Obtain leadership, people and time management skill.
4. Ability to work effectively and conscientiously in high pressured environment.
5. Flexible able to cope with constant change & respond positively
6. Good team player
7. Plan and organize time to meet deadlines and accomplish goals
8. Good computer literacy and knowledge of Mobile smart phone and tablet
9. Able to travel upcountry and oversea.
