- Free accommodation and food at the resort.
- Medical insurance in the Maldives.
- Service charge every month. Service charge depends on the occupancy of the hotel and it is paid equally to all employees. Average service charge per month is $ 300. Some months it will be more than $ 400 and other months less than 300 depending on occupancy of the hotel.
- Visa arrangements and visa fees will be paid by the resort.
- Ticket will be provided for employee to travel to Maldives to join the resort.
- One day off each week and 30 days annual leave once a year with return ticket to home country.
- Uniforms will be provided by the resort.
- Standard working hours is 8 hours per day. But may have to work more hours depending on operations and demand. If required to work extra hours overtime will be paid.
- Employment contract will be for a period of one year, and based on employee performance, the contract shall be renewed.
