Recruitment Specialist

- Work closely with line manager, building working relationships in order to understand each company's recruitment needs.
- Involves attracting suitable candidates through advertising in print, broadcast and online media, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.
- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in accordance with the organizations recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Degree or higher in Human Resource Management/ Psychology / Political Science or related fields
2. Minimum 3 years in recruiting, sourcer (search, agency or corporate)  Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting process
3. Successful cold calling and interviewing experience at all levels of a corporation and professional interview skills
4. Creativity, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with various levels of staff.
5. Good command in English and mastery of computer skills with experienced in MS-Office
