- Source candidates for Warehouse operations, arrang interview for hiring, and perform on board and orientation session for new staff
- Help contract arrangement withtemps agencies (with available back-up options, and continued negotiation where possible)
- Manage attrition and take careof people's issiues
- Coordinate and prepare information for incentives, leaves/working hours, overtime, other benefit, etc.
- Handle HRIS troubleshooting and support staff using HRIS systems |

1. Bachelor degree in related field
2. At least 2 years in Human Resource function
3. Good computer literracy (Hand on evperience in MS excel is a must)
4. Hand on and having solid knowledge in HR functions.
5. Good follow up skill. Excellent communication and interpersonal, and able to deal with people in all level.
