HR Supervisor_Training & Development

- To Facilitate employee competencies development system to be in line with company strategy
- To develop training recording and follow up system to improve training effiency and effectiveness and accordance with ISO requirement
- To process both internal and external training course as planed and requested to ensure smoothly run
- Identify competencies both technical and non-technical of each position to be in line with company strategy and culture and update at all time
- Analyze competencies gap and set training course to improve employee competencies including updating in individual development record
- Develop yearly Training Plan, prepare budget and control as planed
- Establish and implement training programs to response organization strategy and to enhance employee competencies
- Develop training recording and follow up system to improve training efficiency and effectiveness

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male/Female Age over 30 years
2. Bachelor Degree in HRD or HRM
3. At least 5 years experience in Training & Development Function
4. Good interpersonal and communication Skill
5. Computer literate with basically knowledge of Database management system
6. Good communication in English
7. Good presentation skill and Practical experience as a Trainer would be advantage
8. Able to work at Pingthong II Industrial Estate
