Planning, leading, motivating, and managing Modern Trade (ฺBig C) Sales team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently to maximize the sales objectives and increase profitability
Drive selling activities and determine potential business opportunities, forecast and budget in line with financial requirements.
Regular customer reviews on pricing and overall satisfaction to ensure alignment between customer needs and the internal business requirements of the company.

1. Male or female not over 40 years old
2. Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related filed
3. At least 3 years experience in Food or Beverage or FMCG business and at least 2 years Modern Trade experience in Sales Management position.
4. Good command of English language.
5. Computer literacy (MS. Office : Excel)
6. Self-motivated with good communication skills, negotiation skill and service mind. |
