| Secretary to CEO (Japanese speaking) |
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, prepare and summarize all related documents for the meeting, presentation, minutes of meeting and report
Ensure effective coordination for internal and external meeting and effective preparation for all administration works such as air-ticket booking, mailing, e-mail correspondence, meeting arrangement and filing system
Perform a variety of secretarial, administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
Responsible in the role of interpreter in the BOD meeting, Executive meeting, some ceremony translation and etc.
Other task as assigned. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related fields
2. At least 5 years work experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant position in multicultural environment or international/Japanese working environment
3. Good command of both written and spoken Business English
4. Good command of business Japanese (JLPT N1) especially in speaking and listening
5. Friendly with good service minded attitude and pleasant interpersonal skills
6. Good attitude, team working spirit and coordination skills
7. Computer literacy |
