รายละเอียดงาน Responsible for facility management of all company properties including purchasing, maintenance and repair work Supervise a team of technical services, Maid, Messenger, Security Guard, Receptionist & Operator etc. Follow with contractor on renovation & relocation projects and ensure legal compliance with all building facilities requirements Review and negotiate with contractor and maintenance contracts Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ 1 อัตรา เงินเดือน ขึ้นกับประสบการณ์ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Male or Female, age above 30 years old 2. Bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Facility or Property Management or related disciplines 3. At least 5 years' experience in Facilities Management with 3 years at managerial level 4. Sound knowledge in all technical aspects of engineering/maintenance 5. Strong supervision, quality and scheduling control abilities 6. Excellent project planning, organization and execution skills 7. Investigate technical problems and derive solutions 8. Mature, presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills 9.
