รายละเอียดงาน To handle customer service for appointed customers in co-operation with customers/overseas office and inter office to follow up import-export shipments To cooperate with operation freight/customer service/customs clearance department in solving daily operational problems of assigned customers and report status to customer To handle existing customers and service newly acquired customers including develop additional business from existing customer To attend monthly or bi-monthly management meetings with assigned customers To prepare quotation for any rate inquiry from customers/overseas customers/LS overseas offices/agents To maintain customer relations of existing customers for utmost satisfaction จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ 1 อัตรา เงินเดือน ไม่ระบุ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields. 2. 2- 3 years sales or customer service experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, import/export, logistics or other related businesses. 3. Good negotiation skill with good human relationship 4. Computer literate i.e. MS-Office, Adobe family programs and other related to graphic matters 5. Good command of both spoken and written English skills 6. Excellent customer service mind 7.
