Network Support Specialist (Network Services)

รายละเอียดงาน - The Network Support Specialist, Network Services is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all types of personal computer operating and application systems and for maintaining the established service level objectives.

- The Network Services mission is to provide personal computer, network and communication facilities and services for use by Berli Jucker. The Network Support Specialist is primarily concerned with maintaining personal computers and network services through effective implementation and tuning of equipment and application systems and through the effective and quick resolution of problems.

- The incumbent provides technical expertise into equipment and software installation and maintenance and problem resolution; as well as the preparation of various manuals and guides; i.e., how to effectively use personal computer systems. Depending on the size and scope of project activities, the Network Support Specialist will work independently or on a project team.

Many of the problems encountered will require a unique approach or solution. The incumbent has moderate freedom to act within Information Systems policies and will be required to work with a minimum of supervision.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male/Female age between 27-35 years old
2. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field
3. Minimum 5 years experience in information system, networking, LAN, WAN & communication, security solutions or related field
4. A sound understanding and skill in personal computer, network and corresponding machine architecture.
5. Good problem solving skill, service mind, proactive, and able to work under pressure
6. Strong technical and analytical skills
7. Good command of English
