Be responsible for overall management as follows:
- Work as a member of the companys strategic planning team in creating business vision and develop
Business strategies.
- Set up all sales structure of Direct Sales team in Bangkok and provincial and Telesales team.
( Total sales about 2,200 people as of December 2008)
- Create, complete new business model, In Branch Direct Sales at all Bank Thais branches.
- Set up sales support team, training center and even booth team to support sales force.
- Plan and conduct effective sales activities for developing sales to meet or exceed both short term and
long term of established sales goal.
- Arrange annual budget and monitor total expense to be reasonable as approval.
- Drive performance of sales production growth and report result on a regular basis.
- Plan, create, discuss advance incentive and attractive promotion scheme in order to motivate sales force
and more competitive in the market.
- Design recruitment planning and recruitment activities including supervise training center team to conduct
effective sales training and the best practices for achievement of business plan.
- Specify dissemination strategy to booth up sales production and create marketing development activities
to gain more market share.
- Run day-to-day management and coordinate necessary with other management teams.
- Monitor sales procedure and operation process to make sure that such rules and procedure are complied
with the companys standard.
- Coordinate and/or act as a liaison between sales force and the companys department.
Managing Direct Sales and Telesales Team:
- Working closely with sales managers and their teams to set up production planning, sales target,
motivational activity planning and recruitment.
- Maintaining good relationship between sales force and the company.
- Leading a team to set up all sales process or sales activities and being a consultant for team head
to resolve conflict in their team and recommend solution.
- Manage and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting of sales performance.
- Perform analysis of business, consumer, competitor information, trends related to product on a regular
basis.
- Plan the project timeline, necessary step and resource needed for the project.
- Coordinate with Bank Area Managers and Bank Branch Managers for In Branch Direct Sales Team
who working at all Bank Thais branches to increase branch performance.
- Support and encourage collaboration to subordinate and create new image of Bank Thais sales people
example create Bank Thais song, PersonalCash song and club.
Working as Bancassurance partner:
- Responsible for sales production to gain commission from Life Insurance Company, Millea Life Insurance
Co., Ltd for PersonalCash Protection and Ordinary Life Product ( Saving insurance plan )
Other responsibility:
- Encourage and drive sales performance to get more other fee income to BankThai from other channels
as follows:
1. Motorcycle loan for BT WorldLease Company Limited, consumer financial business
2. Car insurance product for BT Insurance Company Limited
3. Secured loan product: Housing loan, Mortgage Power, Professional OD, Credit
Life insurance ( MRTA )
- Increase sales production of PersonalCash as outsource and freelance from affiliate
