Summarize data from oversea vender shipment and schedule ETD, ETA and payment date follow manager. Checking and follow the original shipping document completely with Foreign vender and sent to Forwarder agent for import clearance
Keep shipping document in file with running ETA date delivery to warehouse date by separate FSC-COC file. Prepare detail of import (running import code, documentation received date, Duty & Tax payment date, warehouse date, Size of Raw material and detail of payment schedule in share file.
Tasks/Responsibilities => Logistics
Prepare Label and packing list every shipment and share to others by email.
Prepare inventory in-out report update, calculate unit price by bot exchange rate
Prepare order Raw material move form warehouse to HQ+Branch.
Prepare Consumption and Balance Inventory report and confirm with warehouse balance list every ending month. Inventory Raw material investigate every quater with team+auditor
Planning and analysis consumption data of raw material each month in order to forecast raw material purchases |
