TELESALES SUPERVISOR
รายละเอียดงาน To manage, develop and support a team of telesales staff and implement day-to-day operations
Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints when referred on by Tele-Sales staff
Responsible for ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets
To monitor and track sales performance. Responsible for producing and analyzing Tele-Sales and team performance reports.
To achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue targets
Responsible for providing feedback to Tele-Sales staff and guiding them on how they can increase revenue.
Conduct ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelors degree in any related field
2. At least 2 years experience in supervisor or team leader roles in telemarketing in the insurance, banking or consumer product fields
3. A strong sales driven person who understands drivers to achieve sales success
4. Good understanding of call center operations, particularly outbound sales
5. Fair English skills
