PROFILE

Experience managing 6 project managers to deliver projects within the appropriate levels of quantity, on time and within budget, in accordance with the scope of work and project plan. Provide full cost as minimum acceptance price to quote price to customer. Build system to keep project revenue and cost information such as actual man-day usage, cost to third party software license, other expenses such as travelling expense, accommodation expense, PO/contract price to customer and generate reportsproject P/L, Invoice date and Invoice aging, payment due to all related parties. Build system to keep all project non costing information such as issue and solution, resource, start-end date of resource in project to generate reportsproject issue, project utilization, project issue and solution, etc.
Build Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as core process that every projects must compile with. Build customer survey channel and visit customer every quarter. Create formal channel to visit project managers at least once a month through audit session to check whether all projects compiles with SDLC, issues, timeframe, resource. Act as interviewer to interview all levels of professional services division to get the IQ plus EQ staff.
Manage twenty-three (23) projects in enterprise asset management (IBM Maximo) and three (3) projects in Enterprise Content Management (ECM Documentum). Implement project improvement for Securities and Exchange Commission,Thailand (SEC) before implement product package.
Implement 64 WFs with 17 systems for Securities and Exchange Commission,Thailand (SEC) with Enterprise Content Management
