Total 5 warehouses: 3 Raw material warehouses 3,000 sku (Deimos: Ambient warehouse, Roxann: Protein warehouse and Piti Foods: Cold storage) and 2 finished goods warehouses -1,100 sku, 5 million cases and 4.5 thousand tons per year (Deimos and Diethelm)
Regulatory process with Thai government departments (DLD, FDA, BOI, Customs)
Prepare and control annual budget for logistics department
Understand different types of contracts or cost structure and get involve in contract review process.
Develop network strategies to strengthen the effectiveness of supply chain.
Analyze opportunity to have cost saving in logistics network.
Ensure that all imported materials (raw material, packaging, machinery and finished goods) as well as export sales from Pakchong factory are handle with the right legal/ regulatory process and in timely basic.
