- To conduct first-level investigation on customer rejected part and
coordinate containment activity
- Manage disposition on non- conforming parts at internal site and customer.
- Implement containment action to support customer => replace, return or scrap.
- Mange and Support in customer meeting to negotiate with customer related to quality concerns.
- Installation the system of Corrective & Preventive Action Control for Fast Action and Fast Feed Back to Customer
o Head of Process Audit system and monitoring.
o Improvement and process approach on site of supplier.
