1.1) Solving customer complaint issue. Drive the root cause analysis and hosst the review meeting with internal team.
1.2) Feedback customer with formal 8D report and clarify to customer for better understanding and get customer's satisfaction.
2.Host the new customer audit review meeting.
3.Join in internal quality improvement meeting repect customer's sight, upgrade factory quality procedure.
4.Check the latest customer document and follw up to IPQC OBA and review changed SOP for the customized portion.
5.Take responsibility to monitor and buy off customer ECR/ECN.
6.Conduct FG FAI audit, prepare the peport and submit to the customer for Audit.
7.Follow up on and accumulate from various department the weekly report and other customer required reports, review and submit to the customer.
8.Conduct internal reqular internal audits to ensure the process meet customer requirements. |
