Warehouse Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน ¨ Manage and control inbound and outbound processes in warehouse.

¨ Track goods flow and ensure correct management of stock in the warehouse with WMS

¨ Ensure that orders are picked timely into proper packaging to support prompt delivery

¨ Handles route scheduling and truck loads consolidation for delivery in BKK and upcountry within agreed lead time.

¨ Arrange proper vehicles for meeting special needs of clients

¨ Follow up proof of delivery management and ensure proper distribution of documents.

¨ Plan and manage priorities of work load

¨ Hold weekly meetings with foreman and warehousemen to review concerns and issues

¨ Monitor quality and provide KPI data for improving efficiency.

¨ Monitor the use of material handling equipment and ensure timely maintenance and training.

¨ Establish house-keeping and discipline in the warehouse operations

¨ Ensure compliance of safety standard and regulations particularly hazardous goods

¨ Monitor performance of transporters to ensure prompt delivery

¨ Supervise cash/cheques collected from delivery for further dropping into customer’s bank accounts.

¨ Maintain and monitor in safety system and staff awareness

¨ Plan and provide trainings and coaching to subordinates

¨ Respond to emergency request by customers.

¨ Manage warehouse operation during the absence of Warehouse Manager, e.g. engaged in meeting or on leave
