รายละเอียดงาน RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure that customers requirements are fulfilled. - Maintain full and complete knowledge of the customers business. - Ensure that global key accounts receive priority treatment. - Ensure that potential customers are as valuable as existing customers. - Ensure that all targeted potential customers will be taken care of. Communicate company mission and vision to all customers to maintain good image of the company. ACTIVITIES : - Visit both existing and potential customers. Follow up closely with customer service for all issue concerned customers in own area of responsibilities. Send sales leads whenever possible to our network office. - Communicate competitors, customers and market movement to superior and colleagues. Report in writing all sale calls face-to-face to Sales Manager. - Take care and entertain customers where appropriate. Co-ordinate with other teams to explore new market. Co-ordinate within sales team to work smoothly. AUTHORITY : - To sign letters, quotations on behalf of the company within the area of responsibility. GENERAL : - Recommend and revise procedures in order to improve the performance and profitability of Damco.
