7.Handle application form and coordinate with social Security fund and workman compensation fund of company
8.Coordinate with provident Fund company ,Group life insurance company ad Social Security Fund for company business
9.Handle shift work check ,Attendance check ,update manpower and Summarize monthly companys gasoline evaluation.
General Affair
1.Coordinate with outsource for the employee id. Uniform ect.
2.Organize employee activities.
3.Follow up employee for compliance confirmation.
4.Contract hospital, police station, local government to make a good relationship with them.
5.Set up security guard, maid cleaning service outsources transportation-drivers ,Office stationery and office supply management.
6.Take care of company car.
7.Reservation accommodation and travel for take care company guest.
