To collect all PO and Forecast information from customer.
Preparing weekly production schedule according to customer requirement and material availability in plant, production capacity
Prepare Master Plan and update Weekly Plan.
Following up and monitoring production output according to the requirement in production schedule
Distribution, filling and keeping record for production schedule, actual manufacturing output, customer's shipment release and customer's forecast information
To liaison with customer on all order situation.
To arrange shipment
To follow up on past due situation
Scheduling lead-time of delivery both local and oversea order.
Co-ordinate with export customer.
Planning for Materail stock and control for Dead-Stock.
Co-ordinate with the other section such as Technical and Shipping.
Monitoring stock inventory.
Checking all invoice against order.
Control and consult with the reject product.
Prepare customer complaint report and summary.
Quote the quotation for all customers.
Update and create all report as below;
- Daily Production Preformance
- Weekly Blanking Schedule for Local and oversea Customer
- Shipping Performance Report
- Monthly Casting Schedule
- Pricing Table (By Monthly)
- Management Report
- Monthly Shipment Report
- Monthly Input Order Report
- Material Control
